We are a vibrant and dynamic international exhibitions and conference organiser based in central Brighton, with a portfolio of technology focused annual events taking place in the US, Germany and China, spanning a range of industries. We are looking for a Graphic designer and Website administrator to join our creative team on a full time, permanent contract. Reporting to the Art Director, it is an excellent opportunity to design on a wide range of projects across multiple brands as well as maintain a suite of websites.


Working within the Creative team, you would work on a range of in-house design projects, primarily digital though with some print projects also. You would also work alongside the marketing and Tech teams administering, maintaining and improving our range of event websites, optimising the UI/UX and creating any assets used on the sites.


The position would suit a graphic designer ideally with 1-2yrs hands-on design/artworking experience and knowledge of website building. The candidate should have excellent technical knowledge and web skills, be passionate and enthusiastic about design, have experience in website design and administration (no coding necessary), have excellent attention to detail, and of course is a team player. The right candidate will be calm working under pressure and meeting deadlines.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements:


  • Adobe Creative Suite - Primarily Adobe Indesign & Photoshop
  • Knowledge of website UI/UX and layout
  • Experience creating or maintaining websites
  • Methodical with an eye for detail
  • Excellent technical ability and willingness to learn new skills


Desirable but not essential:


  • HTML/coding skills
  • Experience working with Video or motion graphics
  • Proofreading / Language skills
