Since we closed the doors of Space Tech Expo 2018 back in May, the team have been busy formulating a brand-new proposition for the 2019 event, with the aim of further establishing Space Tech Expo as the go-to event for space business and manufacturing on the west coast.
After consulting with some of the events’ key stakeholders, trusted partners and supporters, the team put their heads together and developed a new value-packed event format that will offer more hours of educational content, meaningful networking opportunities and access to innovative engineering solutions, and less time out of the office. In short, the new look Space Tech Expo packs a punch!
The new event format will offer a condensed two-day exhibition with full days on Tuesday May 21 and Wednesday May 22, and for exhibitors, primes and VIPs, a launch party on the Monday evening will kick off the show with an exclusive invite-only exhibition ‘preview’ and drinks reception.
Space Tech Expo 2019 will also introduce a host of new features to the existing line-up, including workshops, comprising a full day of highly technical specialist seminars taking place on Monday May 20; the all-new 360 Sessions, a series of informal and topical roundtable discussions; and the Space Trails, a new way to navigate the key product groups within the exhibition hall.
We have also refined the focus of the exhibition, honing in on the following key growth areas within the industry: space systems; components, parts and assemblies; testing; and industry 4.0 technologies. The event will cater for the full space manufacturing supply chain and showcase systems, subsystems, assemblies, components and materials, as well as emerging and growing technologies such as additive manufacturing, AR, VR, AI, IoT, blockchain, automation and much more.
Accompanying these additions is a completely new look and feel to the show. We’ve refreshed the show logo and created a stronger visual identity that represents what Space Tech Expo is all about – space, business and technology. Keep an eye out for our new branding on our upcoming promo!
All of these changes are in addition to what is already a growing event in an exciting and dynamic industry.
